Tomorrow on the test, try not to freak out. Treat it like IP. Studies have shown (I do not know the names of the studies) that nervous people get bad test grades. So take a chill pill!

That's the Christian I know! Willing to come early to work hard before the test. Extra study session 2morrow morning at 7:45 preferably only if you need extra lp with the unit. (We want to keep it small to help better, no offense guys) Get some sleep and I'm sure you'll do great tomorrow. You've all been working so hard on this unit and it will pay off. Little tip : don't forget to review simplifying radicals and inequalities! And also subtraction sign = negative sign or if you prefer always take the sign in front of the number as part of the number

Hey guys, Whats up??
Sorry I haven't been here today... 3 dance classes for 4 and a half hours... I am beat!! But here is my view of today:
It was very productive.. I wished we had more review time with games because that would have helped. But I understand we don't have a lot of time! Anyways we seem to understand the unit.. (it isn't that hard) and I think we will do AWESOME on our tests. Some tips for you tomorrow-
1. Be positive- negativness can impact your brain by making it forget everything and focusing on what you think your doing wrong. 2. Prepare your best- if you know that you did all you could do to study than- what else can you do? 3. Don't forget your name!- I think it explains itself (jake and christian) and last 4. Whatever happens.. happens- if you don't know something come back to it... and think it over. If you still don't understand ask Mr.B or just guess.. SHOW YOUR WORK PEOPLE it can get you xtra points!
Those were my tips hope they help! Again we did great today. Do your homework and we might get candy! YAY! Thx for a great day GO TO BED and REST UP! One more day until the weekend.... U CAN DO IT!!

Fridays are always the day that I go crazy. I almost ripped Natalie's jacket in half in LA, I made an unexpected and strange drawing in science, Will clark told me that I was a jerk and a moron, I screamed something without raising my hand in spanish, I gave Math Chick and Kam Hi 5s while no one was looking, I poked will clark in orchestra when I was supposed to be playing, and I looked up every single persons address from the directory and McCamawhatever Map book, and I played random notes on my piano for an HOUR!!!!
Go figure

who remembers how to do radicals im going crazy
how do you multiply a radical and
how do you solve one of those problmes like with
a rectangle plz. help me

To stop the pain of the radical problems, here is tip #6.
To simplify radicals, split it into 2 radicals that multiply into the original radical.
V8=V4xV2. Then, simplify the radical with the perfect square, 4. V4=2. Put the 2 values together. 2V2.
To add, subtract, multiply, or divide numbers with radicals, like 5V24-2V8. Simplify the 2 radicals into 5x2V8-2x2V2. Multiply the non radical numbers.
10V8-4V2. The radicals have to be the same so you have to simplify 8 even more.
10x2V2-4V2,20V2-4V2. Here, you have to subtract the non radical values, but you don't subtract the radicals, like fractions. 20V2-4V2=16V2
AHSAMG, what do the v's in the problem represnt?
I think they were meant to be radical signs but its hard to do a radical sign on the computer!
